On top of this, we assist our clients in the implementation of such processes and are available for subsequent reviews.

Among other services, we develop entire end-to-end security concepts for our clients which are adjusted to the safety needs of their business and its external framework conditions. This applies both to the classic ICT infrastructure and to performance-critical infrastructures and their special needs.

Engineering

atrete consultancy goes well beyond the preparation of documents and presentations.  We understand the underlying technology and are capable of writing scripts or configuring products if required. We also help our clients develop detailed technical concepts and prepare the subsequent implementation instructions for the system integrator. Engineering services furthermore constitute the 'technical conscience' in the tender and concept phases of our engagements.

Project & PROGRAM Management

Experienced project managers, who bring both project management skills and technical expertise to the job, are essential to ensure that projects are implemented successfully, on schedule and within budget. We consider this to be our main task and provide the project manager that is best suited to your project.

All consultants at atrete are certified Prince 2 Practitioners. Hence, we all speak the same language and are all keen to adapt to the client's specific project methods. Hermes, IPMA, PMI and other project methods are languages we speak with confidence.

 

Depending on the individual circumstances of the client's project, we fulfil the role of programme manager, overall project manager or sub-project manager.

  • We have in-depth knowledge of our clients' project methodologies and approaches and implement their projects in compliance with the established project phases. The results achieved at the end of each phase are submitted to the decision-making bodies.
  • Our understanding of successful project implementation is based on the achievement of the project's business case with respect to its functional, schedule and financial aspects.
  • We are in a position to provide project managers on short notice who will assess the project situation and pursue the specified goals without delay (resource bottleneck, crisis management).
  • Our methodical project management approach also shapes our consulting activities and the associated results (development of strategies and concepts, evaluations, etc.).

INTERIM MANAGEMENT & Staff Leasing

A contribution to our client's success - be it in the role of interim manager or specialist. Since we consider the quality of work and hence the individual person to be of central importance, we do not place staff from external staff pools.

 

Our official staff leasing permit allows us to assign our employees to jobs anywhere in Switzerland.
